Booth Reservation
First select your preferred booth location from the Floor Plan. Your early reservation secures the location of your first choice & ensures your participation. Do not delay this decision making process & budget your participation cost immediately. 

Payments of Participation Fee
The invoice will be issued on the receipt of the EXHIBIT SPACE APPLICATION & CONTRACT FORM. Considering the very affordable rates being charged, and the various marketing and promotion campaigns to be undertaken, we will require the funds at various intervals to take care and smoothly execute the out flow of funds. Therefore the break-up of payments is as follows:

On Space Confirmation - 1st Payment 25% of the Total Payment
                                        2nd Payment 25% on 29th February
                                        3rd Payment 25% on 30th March
                                        4th Payment 25% on 30th April
Possession of the booth will be handed over to the exhibitor on receipt of the entire booking amount.

Preparation For Your Participation
An exhibitor manual will be provided in advance. Forms for hostesses, hotel booking & rules & regulations on displays will be included, allowing you to prepare for a smooth participation.

Freight Forwarders:
Internationally operating freight forwarders – Orient Marine Lines and RE Rogers have been appointed to handle on-site logistics and global freight forwarding inclusive of CARNET processing. Or exhibitors are free to freight all equipments and material through their own contracted freight forwarders.

Exhibitors are free to use their own freight forwarding agency.
You can ship duty free under CARNET all such exhibit material that is utilized for the stand display purposes. On the condition these exhibits are ultimately going to be shipped back.

Set-Up Dates/Move-Out Dates

Set-up : June 3 (Tuesday) & June 4 (Wednesday) 2008
Move-out date: June 7 (Saturday) 2008 Time: 6:00 pm onwards and before midnight.

ATA Carnet Duty Free Imports
The Cinema India 2008, Mumbai, from June 5-7, 2008 is approved for ATA CARNET Duty Free Imports of all Exhibit Materials and Equipments. This means hassle-free import of all equipment, duty free, by CARNET signatory countries.

The Facility of duty free temporary import will be available only to foreign exhibitors/participants, who have confirmed their participation in the above exhibition by remitting participation fee in foreign exchange. The goods will be re-exported within a period of six months from the date of import or any other period, as may be stipulated by the Customs Authorities in India.

A copy of the ITPO Approval can be procured from the organizers office.
