Kabir Bedi to Present and Moderate Conference Programme at the 12th Cinema India Expo 2012

Kabir Bedi is one of India’s most celebrated international actors. From James Bond film “Octopussy”, where he played Roger Moore’s antagonist, to the swashbuckling smash hit Italian series “Sandokan”, to a leading role on “Bold and the Beautiful”, and over 60 Bollywood films, his versatile career has spanned across 3 continents, in 3 performing mediums - film, television and theatre - for over 3 decades.

Accepting the invitation to moderate the conference sessions at the Cinema India Expo 2012, Kabir Bedi said, "The growth of technology in cinema is no less dramatic than the worldwide growth of the film industry itself. Hollywood in India will soon be exclusively digital. In December 2010, the Italian Government bestowed him a Knighthood, “Cavaliere”, its highest civilian honour, for his achievements in Italy. Kabir has also been a voting member of the “Oscars Academy” (Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences) for 3 decades. He has recently launched his film company, Pivotal Movies LLP, for the production of Indian and international films.
